14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your StudyNest Premium subscription. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
The 14-day refund period applies to new subscription purchases. Refund requests made after the 14-day period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@growingsquirrel.com with the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellation Process
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Here's what you need to know:
- Monthly subscriptions: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again after cancellation.
- Access after cancellation: You'll continue to have access to Premium features until your paid period expires.
- Resubscription: You can resubscribe at any time to regain access to Premium features.
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan
- You'll retain access to all free features
- Daily usage limits applicable to the Free plan will apply
- Premium-only features such as advanced explanations and higher limits will no longer be available
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:
- Requests made after the 14-day money-back guarantee period
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
- Duplicate subscription purchases (we'll help you resolve this without a formal refund)
